Bengaluru: NVIDIA Blackwell led HPE servers are set to transform enterprise AI development, enabling breakthroughs in generative, agentic and physical AI through new offerings in the NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE portfolio.
As part of this expansion, NVIDIA Blackwell led HPE servers will include new HPE ProLiant Compute models featuring NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs, available in a compact 2U form factor for data centre deployment.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) announced that it will ship ProLiant Compute servers featuring NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs, including a new 2U form factor designed to meet the growing demands of AI workloads across industries.
The HPE ProLiant DL385 Gen11 server will support up to two RTX PRO 6000 GPUs in an air-cooled, 2U form factor, offering flexibility for enterprise data centres. In addition, the ProLiant Compute DL380a Gen12 server will support up to eight GPUs in a 4U form factor, with shipping set to begin in September.
Designed for high-performance AI, these systems support diverse workloads such as robotics, autonomous vehicles, 3D modelling, simulation, digital twins and quality control in industrial environments. Enhanced security is provided through HPE Integrated Lights Out 7 and quantum-resistant firmware. HPE Compute Ops Management also reduces server management time and downtime, improving operational efficiency.
The upcoming generation of HPE Private Cloud AI will also support the RTX PRO 6000 GPUs, offering scalability across GPU generations and secure, air-gapped management for multi-tenant environments.
As part of the ongoing collaboration between HPE and NVIDIA, the solution will also support new NVIDIA Nemotron models, Cosmos Reason vision language model, and NVIDIA Blueprint for Video Search and Summarisation 2.4. These enable enterprises to create AI agents capable of advanced reasoning and video analytics.
“HPE is committed to empowering enterprises with the tools they need to succeed in the age of AI,” said Cheri Williams, HPE’s SVP and GM for Private Cloud and Flex Solutions. “Our collaboration with NVIDIA continues to push the boundaries of innovation, delivering solutions that unlock the value of generative, agentic and physical AI while addressing the unique demands of enterprise workloads.
With the combination of HPE ProLiant servers and expanded capabilities in HPE Private Cloud AI, Williams said that HPE is enabling organisations to embrace the future of AI with confidence and agility.
“Enterprises need flexible, efficient infrastructure to keep pace with the demands of modern AI,” said Justin Boitano, NVIDIA’s VP of Enterprise AI. “With NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs in HPE’s 2U ProLiant servers, enterprises can accelerate virtually every workload on a single, unified, enterprise-ready platform.”
The servers are available to order now and will begin shipping worldwide from 2 September 2025. Updated HPE Private Cloud AI offerings are expected to be launch in the second half of the year.
