Operate: Includes end-to-end management services like programme governance, delivery excellence, transition support, and knowledge management. The company’s Talent Engage platform and Shoshin — an AI-based learning solution — help upskill teams in both technical and soft skills.

Riding the GCC Growth Wave
The launch of this offering is strategic, as India’s GCC market is projected to grow to $99–105 billion, employing over 2.4 million professionals, according to Quess IT Staffing. A separate Nasscom-Zinnov report notes that more than 480 mid-sized GCCs are already operating in India, employing over 210,000 people.
