Posted by Kanpur: Five innovative products unveriled during the C3iHub hosted Startup Demo Day 2025, titled ‘Connect 1.0’ at IIT Kanpur. These products aims to transform India’s security, surveillance, cybersecurity and deeptech landscape.
The five products launched by C3iHub’s incubated startups mark a significant milestone in India’s national security and technological advancements.
Aerosys Aviation‘s Eliminator Kamikaze Drone, engineered for GPS-denied environments with capability to execute autonomous precision strikes is among the five standout innovations. This cutting-edge technology promises to bolster India’s security and defense capabilities in high-risk scenarios.
Maraal Aerospace unveiled TEJASVAAN, a high-altitude, solar-powered unmanned aircraft with a 12-hour endurance for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions. This drone marks a leap forward in long-duration aerial surveillance.
On the cybersecurity front, SecureDApp launched SecureTrace, a forensic platform designed to trace and analyse illicit transactions, featuring automated investigative tools. This solution aims to strengthen the nation’s security framework against cyber threats.
xIoTz introduced its Regulatory Compliance and Standards (RCS) framework. It offers pre-built compliance packs aligned with international security standards, aimed at enhancing regulatory adherence for businesses worldwide.
Meanwhile, Saptang Labs launched BlackFence, a national-scale cyber threat intelligence platform aimed at combating fraud, phishing, impersonation, and brand abuse. BlackFence’s designed to safeguard India’s digital infrastructure and businesses from emerging cyber threats.
Panel discussions followed the unveiling of products, which included Mission Rakshak: Cybersecurity Startups for Bharat Defence, Unlocking Synergies for Greater Impact, and From Roadblocks to Runways: Navigating Challenges and Opportunities. These discussions underscored the importance of stronger collaboration between government, academia and the startup ecosystem to fuel India’s technological growth.
“C3iHub was set up to develop technologies in cybersecurity that are robust, affordable and indigenously built to protect India from external vulnerabilities,” said Prof. Manindra Agrawal, Director of IIT Kanpur.
“With a growing synergy between the government, academia, and the private sector, we are empowering startups to lead the next big advancements in India’s cyber infrastructure and security space,” added Prof. Agrawal.
The event also included a startup pitch session, where eight startups presented their solutions to a panel of investors, further strengthening India’s emerging deep-tech ecosystem.
