Mumbai: Global cybersecurity firm Sophos’ new partner program aims to help its global partner ecosystem accelerate growth, improve profitability, and strengthen market differentiation amid rising demand for advanced cybersecurity solutions.cy

The revamped programme integrates global partners from both Sophos and Secureworks, which the company recently acquired, into a single global framework. The initiative builds on Sophos’ existing channel strategy and offers more flexibility, certifications, and resources for its more than 25,000 partners worldwide.

“The new Sophos Partner Program is designed to reflect the way partners want to build and scale their business today,” said Chris Bell, SVP of Global Channel, Alliances and Corporate Development.

“It offers a flexible and profitable path to growth, whether partners are expanding their managed services, launching cybersecurity advisory offerings or scaling existing practices. With this program, we’re doubling down on our commitment to deliver the tools, incentives and support that help our partners lead in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity market,” added Bell.

The enhanced program includes a unified portfolio of cybersecurity solutions spanning endpoint, network, email, cloud security, XDR/MDR, Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), and next-gen SIEM, all managed through the Sophos Central platform. It also introduces a future-focused growth framework, featuring revenue multipliers, volume discounts, and updated billing models to help partners scale efficiently.

Sophos is also prioritising partner and customer success, offering expanded support through dedicated teams and free training via Sophos Academy. New certifications, such as MDR Guided Onboarding and sales quick-start programs, help partners quickly build expertise and differentiate in a competitive market.

A key addition is a new AI Sales Assistant, which helps streamline the partner portal experience with real-time guidance, quoting, device management, and compliance tracking. These tools are aimed at helping partners close deals faster and better serve their customers.

Sophos’ new partner program comes amid growing demand for partner-led cybersecurity services. A Canalys study cited by Sophos shows that for every dollar spent on cybersecurity products, customers invest an additional two dollars on services, underscoring the value of partner-driven expertise in combating increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.

“Sophos’ new Partner Program is designed to incentivise partners to grow,” Bell added. “It provides everything needed to fuel revenue, drive customer success, and stand out in a crowded market.”

The announcement signals Sophos’ continued investment in its global partner ecosystem as a key driver of cybersecurity innovation and go-to-market strategy.
