Mumbai: After spending close to a decade at Cisco, Harsh Vaishnav has moved to Nutanix in the new role of Head of Channels for India and SAARC.
Nutanix, a hybrid multi-cloud computing major on Thursday announced the appointment of Harsh Vaishnav as Head of Channels for its operations in India and the SAARC region.
The company said that appointment of Harsh Vaishnav as Head of Channels comes into effect immediately.
Vaishnav is a seasoned business professional with two decades of experience across multiple sales and business development functions encompassing channels and alliances, client relationship management and product management.
He has had a successful track record of managing productive business engagements and driving high-performance technology sales teams. Prior to joining Nutanix, he worked for Cisco Systems, IBM India, VMware and HCL Infosystems.
Before his appointment at Nutanix, Vaishnav spend more than nine and a half years at Cisco Systems, where he was leading key Sales roles across Cisco‘s group portfolios including Computing Systems, Cloud Infrastructure and Software, Data Centre and others.
In his role at Nutanix, Vaishnav will be responsible for working closely with partners and OEMs and managing alliances across India and SAARC. He will also be responsible for identifying and recruiting new partners.
