Posted by Mumbai: Global digital engineering services firm Ness has announced the acquisition of Pune based company Niyuj.
With the Niyuj acquisition, Ness has strengthened its engineering capabilities and offerings. Niyuj is a software product engineering services company. It specializes in digital infrastructure management including networking, security, storage and cloud.
This acquisition fits well into Ness’ business focus areas and wider digital engineering services portfolio.

“Their core competence in product engineering coupled with their domain expertise in building software solutions for digital infrastructure companies will enhance our strategic focus on specific industry domains, and in particular our technology and ISV vertical,” added Tinaikar.
The Pune headquartered company Niyuj have around 200 engineers, specializes in building groundbreaking software products for early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. It has delivered more than 80 best-in-class technology solutions.

However, Ness has not disclosed the details of the financials of this acquisition.
