New Delhi: Cybersecurity services provider Five Tattva Cyberhub Security LLP (5Tattva) has acquired a major stake in Zeroday Ops Private Limited, a cybersecurity firm with advanced threat detection and prevention capabilities.
The major stake acquisition will strengthen Five Tattva’s cybersecurity capabilities and scale its service offerings. The acquisition combines 5Tattva’s deep expertise in compliance and managed security services with Zeroday Ops’ proven offensive and defensive cybersecurity strengths. However, no financials have been disclosed in this takeover deal.
Following the acquisition, Atul Luthra and Manpreet Singh will undertake CEO and CRO positions, respectively, in Zeroday Ops’ leadership team, alongside Sahil Kushwah as CTO and Gautam Nangia as CPO. This integrated leadership brings renewed momentum and a shared vision to deliver trusted, next-generation security solutions for organisations worldwide.
