HPE to offer entire portfolio as a Service by 2022

Las Vegas, US: HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) in a big move has revealed plans to transform itself and become as a service company over time.

The company said it will continue to provide its customers with choice by offering its entire portfolio, through a range of subscription-based, pay-per-use and as a Service offering, by 2022.

It will also continue to provide its hardware and software in capital expenditure and license-based model. Ultimately giving customers choice in consuming its products and services in a traditional or as a Service offering.

Among its wide enterprise portfolio, HPE GreenLake’s offering will be made available to mid-market as a service through new and expanded partnerships with CyrusOne, Equinix, and Google Cloud.

In addition, the enterprise tech giant continues to invest and delivery software suite via a subscription model, including HPE Aruba Central, BlueData, Cloud Volumes, InfoSight, and OneView.
