Posted by Mumbai: Vodafone Idea (Vi) has partnered with IBM to accelerate its digital transformation using AI-powered managed services and a unified DevOps execution model. The collaboration aims to enhance Vi’s operational agility, service reliability, and customer experience through intelligent automation and streamlined IT delivery.
At the heart of this initiative is the AI Innovation Hub, jointly developed by Vi and IBM Consulting. This hub will directly support the delivery of AI-powered managed services, embedding AI into Vi’s core IT and business operations to enable intelligent decision-making and operational agility. It also supports seamless integration of AI into Vi’s DevOps workflows to reduce time-to-market for digital services.

IBM Consulting will work alongside Vi’s teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions, drawing on IBM’s global ecosystem, accelerators and telecom expertise. The initiative is designed to improve software development cycles, enhance Vi’s digital resilience and unlock new business opportunities.
