LTTS wins $60 million software engineering deal from US telecom major

Mumbai: L&T Technology Services Limited (LTTS), a global engineering and technology services company, has announced a significant multi-year software engineering deal valued at approximately $60 million with a major telcom provider in the United States.

The new deal marks a key development in LTTS’ technology segment and builds upon a decade-long partnership with the client. As part of the agreement, LTTS will deliver advanced network software development and application engineering solutions tailored to support the client’s next-generation telecommunications infrastructure.

LTTS will provide a range of engineering services, including research and development lab integration, new product development and functionality testing for the client’s network software automation platforms. To further strengthen delivery capabilities, the company will also establish a dedicated delivery centre in the United States.

The engagement is expected to leverage LTTS’s expertise in smart world connectivity and next-generation networks, offering innovative solutions to support the client’s evolving needs. The company also plans to integrate artificial intelligence-powered test automation platforms to accelerate product development and improve operational efficiency.

This latest agreement marks LTTS’s fourth deal exceeding $50 million in the past four quarters, underscoring consistent growth and execution across business segments. Despite challenges in areas such as mobility, the company remains focused on driving multi-segment expansion.
