Posted by London, UK: NTT DATA has launched a new global business unit dedicated to Microsoft Cloud, aimed at helping enterprises accelerate AI-driven transformation through secure, cloud-native solutions. The move comes in response to growing demand for scalable, intelligent systems that address modern business needs, while also managing compliance and data sovereignty.

With a presence across more than 50 countries and a deep bench of Microsoft certified specialists holding 24,000 certifications, the new NTT Data business unit for Microsoft Cloud helps clients accelerate digital transformation globally. Aishwarya Singh, SVP and Head of the Global Business Unit for Microsoft Cloud is leading this new global business unit.
The Microsoft Cloud unit focuses on cloud-native development, cybersecurity, observability and Agentic AI, working closely with Microsoft’s engineering teams.
The initiative is designed to support clients in building, migrating and securing digital solutions on Microsoft Cloud, with five core areas of focus:
Agentic AI: Helping organisations scale AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI Foundry
Modern cloud solutions: Enabling faster, more flexible application development on Azure
Developer acceleration: Equipping developers with a library of 500 industry accelerators
Enhanced digital experience: Using Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 Contact Centre to improve collaboration and customer engagement
Sovereign cloud: Collaborating with Microsoft on secure, compliant cloud adoption for regulated industries
NTT DATA’s recent launch of Agentic AI Services, built on Azure and Azure AI Foundry, has already led to nearly 100 enterprise client opportunities in just 90 days. The company is also using Azure AI Agent Service to build and manage multi-agent workflows.
