Posted by Mumbai: HyperNorm AI, a decision intelligence platform for wealth advisors, has announced a $2.2 million seed funding round co-led by Capital 2B and SenseAI Ventures, with co-investment from Boundless Ventures, iOPEX Technologies, and angel investors including Dr. Amit Sheth and Bhavin Manek.
The tech startup will use the capital to drive product development, expand its presence across the United States and other key markets. Besides, will strengthen its engineering and AI research teams as it builds a new category at the intersection of wealth management and artificial intelligence (AI).
“Modern wealth management does not suffer from a lack of information. It suffers from a lack of clarity on what matters now and what action should be taken. As portfolios become more complex and advisors are expected to deliver increasingly personalised guidance at scale, decision intelligence becomes essential,” said Keyur Faldu, Co-Founder and CEO of HyperNorm AI.
“Our platform combines causal reasoning, financial intelligence, and explainability to transform complex market and portfolio signals into transparent, actionable decisions,” added Peeyush Jain, Co-Founder and CTO of HyperNorm AI.
It is building decision intelligence for registered investment advisors (RIAs) and wealth advisors. It will help firms oversee hundreds of client portfolios by identifying which portfolios require attention, explaining why action is needed, and determining the decisions that best align with each client’s mandate.
HyperNorm AI’s causal reasoning engine processes market events, models their portfolio impact, and translates that intelligence into transparent, IPS-grounded recommendations with clear rationale.
Founded in 2024 by Keyur Faldu and Peeyush Jain, HyperNorm AI helps wealth advisors navigate portfolio complexity and scale personalised advice. The tech startup currently serves paying clients across the United States, Singapore, and India.
