Mumbai: GoTo has reported 33% year-on-year channel growth in India business for FY 2024-25, reflecting strong traction in the region’s partner ecosystem. The company’s overall India business also grew by 27% during the same period, driven by demand for simplified IT solutions among SMBs.

At its recently held India Partner Summit, GoTo unveiled a suite of AI-driven innovations designed to enhance IT support and streamline service delivery. The event, themed “GoTogether: Celebrate. Innovate. Accelerate,” brought together key partners to recognise achievements and outline the roadmap ahead.

“Our India Partner Summit is a testament to what we achieve when we come together with our Partners,” Mathew Philip, GoTo’s Senior Director and Head – Global SIs and India, said in a press release.

Channel growth in India

GoTo’s solutions are seeing strong adoption among Global System Integrators (GSIs). Notably, five of the top six GSIs in India now use LogMeIn Rescue, GoTo’s secure remote support platform, to manage IT support for their internal workforces and global clients. This does suggest how partners are integral in driving the company’s growth in the Indian market.

“Our partner ecosystem continues to be a key pillar of our growth in India. We actively implement partner feedback and innovate to ensure our solutions address real customer challenges — not just on a global scale, but also in ways that are tailored to local needs,” added Philip.

From USD to INR billing

Another significant announcement was GoTo’s shift from USD to INR billing for Indian customers. This move aims to provide price stability, greater flexibility, and ease of transaction for SMBs looking to adopt IT solutions without dealing with currency volatility.

“The move from USD to INR billing is another step in putting our customers first, giving them flexibility, predictability, and protection against currency fluctuations. It’s an important change, especially for SMBs, making it easier for them to adopt our ‘IT-in-a-box’ solutions without added complexity,” stated Philip.

With its continued investments in AI, localisation, and channel-first strategies, GoTo is doubling down on the Indian market — positioning itself as a partner of choice for organisations looking to scale their IT infrastructure efficiently and securely.
