Posted by Mumbai: SAP Labs India has announced the appointment of Milesh J as Head of Strategy and Operations effective February 01, 2024. With this appointment, the company has elevated Milesh J from the role of VP and Head of the S/4HANA Data Transformation and Enterprise Content Management Unit to Head of Strategy and Operations.
In th new role, Milesh J will be responsible for the overall location strategy and operational efficiency of SAP Labs India. He will also manage strategic cross-organisational projects synergizing across all lines of business in SAP Labs India and liaising externally with industry, government, and ecosystem.
Milesh has been with SAP for over two decades now. He is a distinguished leader in Product Engineering. His career spans across critical domains, including Product Engineering, Product Management, Business Development, Customer Engagement, and Consulting. He brings with him experience in strategic planning, innovation and strategic thinking.

In his previous role in the company, he oversaw product engineering teams, with a specific focus on the cloud and successfully delivering the business results for the product portfolio. He has also served as a co-sponsor for the SAP LeadTogether community.
He holds an MBA degree from the Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad and has extensive experience and proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and innovation.
