Icertis adds over 300 staff as CLM demand rise in 1H 2020

Bellevue, USA: Icertis has added over 300 staff globally, owning to a rise in demand for CLM in the first half of 2020.

Icertis, a cloud-based enterprise contract management software provider said the market demand for enterprise-wide CLM drove its hiring in the 1H 2020 and it added over 300 staff globally.

Icertis’ strong hiring does signify the market opportunity and demand for contract lifecycle management (CLM) and Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform specifically.

The demand for CLM has come in the wake of the global pandemic COVID-19 and has resulted in a continuing economic turmoil.

And that led to the rise of enterprise-wide solution requirements, which turns contracts from static documents to strategic assets. Because companies look to adjust to changing customer demand, build more agile supply chains and protect against increased risk.

To meet the increased demand, Icertis hired a total of 319 employees in the past six months. And that includes more than 50% of graduates from the class of 2020.

The contract management frontrunner has successfully onboarded new employees with a virtual program called Icertis Everywhere. The program has enabled the rapid growth of the company’s diverse global team.

Icertis Everywhere program focuses on recruiting on campus and hiring full-time work-from-home positions and supporting current employees. The company said its staff globally are working from home through the end of 2020.

The company has over 1,300 staff across 12 locations globally. And it expects to create and fill over 200 new jobs by 2020 end.

Among the new hires are Betsy Atkins -Board of Advisors, Pranali Save – CHRO, and Ajay Bhandari as EVP – Professional Services.

The company claims to manage over 7.5 million contracts with a total contracted value of over $1 trillion for Airbus, BASF, Cognizant, Daimler, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft and Sanofi.
