Posted by Mumbai: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said that Bajaj Allianz General Insurance has adopted TCS BaNCS cloud for insurance. The private insurer has successfully moved its core policy administration system for its travel lines of businesses onto TCS BaNCS Cloud for Insurance.
Bajaj Allianz selected TCS BaNCS Cloud for Insurance with the goal of adopting new technologies and leveraging cognitive solutions. It will build operational efficiencies, power its digital transformation journey, and improve customer experience (CX).
This migration makes it the first premier general insurance carrier in India to embrace a cloud platform.
