Mumbai: Panacea Infosec has launched a helpline for cybersecurity advice. This helpline will guide organizations with remote working staff to address information and cybersecurity-related threats and issues and resolve them.

The newly launched dedicated cybersecurity helpline will provide free guidance to organizations on cyber threats. Any organization can call the helpline via two mobile numbers (+91-9873323402, +91-9205786092) for cybersecurity guidance. It will be actively available between 9 am to 9 pm all days of the week.

Thousands of organizations continue to function remotely amid the COVID-19 crisis led lockdown with millions of individuals working. This has exposed them to numerous security threats and unknown cyberattacks.

Panacea Infosec has observed a major surge in cyberattacks during this pandemic lockdown. And, as a social responsibility, it has decided to provide first-aide solutions to businesses to protect their interests.

“Following cyber hygiene practices in remote working condition faces many difficulties,” said Panacea Infosec founder and CEO Ajay Kaushik.

“As a part of corporate social responsibility, this service shall be free of cost and will work on all days,” added Kaushik. The New Delhi based firm provides information security compliance services to companies and businesses in India.

Many big companies in India are ill-prepared to deal with cyber threats. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are even more prone to cyber threats and attacks from both internal and external sources.

If any organization is concerned about phishing emails, maintaining data-security compliance or believes is currently infected with malware, etc., then it can contact Panacea Infosec for support.

“This is the testing time for businesses to get prepared at governance levels to deal with such attacks and to strengthen resilience. We have seen coronavirus themed emails and messaging on topics such as health updates, fake cures, fiscal packages and emergency benefits,” observed Kaushik.

“As a responsible corporate entity, Panacea Infosec aspires to serve its part to protect businesses across the country from cyberattacks,” concluded Kaushik.
