Posted by Bangalore: Ness Digital Engineering has acquired CassaCloud – a consultancy firm with a deep expertise in Salesforce.com. Ness has not disclosed the financial terms of this acquisition.
The Kosice, Slovakia based consultancy offers implementation, customization, and integration services for multiple Salesforce modules.
CassaCloud’s acquisition is a part of Ness’ strategic plan to build its Salesforce focused practice. This is the second buyout in that direction. Ness had acquired Sovereign CRM last year.
Ness has been building a strong Salesforce focused Center of Excellence (CoE) to tap opportunities in that space. Through the CoE, Ness want to play a major role in serving enterprises and organizations across industries that runs on the Salesforce platform.
