GTT Data to acquire Alpharithm’s Singapore arm

Mumbai: After acquiring India operations of Alpharithm in May this year, GTT Data now intends to acquire Alpharithm’s Singapore arm, according to an announcement.

GTT Data has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the Singapore operations of Alpharithm Technologies. The move will further strengthens the company’s global footprint and artificial intelligence capabilities.

The acquisition marks a key step in GTT Data’s international growth strategy, which aims to build advanced delivery capabilities in Southeast Asia and beyond. By integrating Alpharithm’s Singapore arm, the company intends to expand its expertise in AI-led transformation and enhance service delivery for global clients.

The announcement comes alongside the company’s unaudited financial results for the first quarter of FY26, where GTT Data reported revenue of ₹25.44 crore, a 507% quarter-on-quarter growth. While the company reported a net loss of ₹3.86 crore, it continues to consolidate recent acquisitions including Alpharithm’s India operations and CRG Solutions.

“Over the next 12–18 months, we will double down on strategic acquisitions and global partnerships to accelerate our international expansion and margin growth,” said Pankaj Samani, MD of GTT Data Solutions – a technology company focused on delivering tailored business solutions, combining Human Intelligence (HI) with Artificial Intelligence (AI).

“Our strategy is built on purposeful acquisitions and synergistic growth. We’re expanding in India and evaluating global opportunities to build a globally competitive Digital + Human Intelligence company,” added Samani.

The acquisition complements GTT Data’s long-term goal of achieving ₹500 crore in revenues by 2030, with an increased focus on international markets. The company currently derives 90% of its revenue from India but plans to flip that mix to 60% international and 40% domestic in the coming years.

Dr Ganesh Natarajan, Board Chair, highlighted the role of the company’s Dual Intelligence model in reshaping enterprise processes. “These are exciting times and we are eyeing leadership in our chosen areas,” he said.

The transaction with Alpharithm’s Singapore arm is subject to customary closing conditions. However, the company not disclosed details of this transaction.
