New York, USA – Banglore, India: Accenture has helped Zydus Wellness, a consumer wellness company to become an intelligent enterprise using SAP S/4HANA. This is part of Zydus’ digital transformation project.
As part of the project, Accenture helped India based Zydus consolidate and integrate business, operational processes and information from its recent Heinz India acquisition.
With SAP S/4HANA deployment, Zydus was able to consolidate consumer packaged goods best practices from both companies so they can operate as one unified business.
The intelligent platform allowed the company to combine a modern end-to-end infrastructure across all lines of business and geographies. In addition, it helped Zydus with the ability to build, test, pilot and roll-out innovations fast and effectively to benefits its consumers.
The new platform has helped Zydus standardise and improve visibility and operational efficiency across its business and drive a new growth phase.
Accenture myConcerto, an insight-driven, digitally integrated platform enabled system migration. It helps harmonize SAP solutions and technologies for simplified implementation and faster time to value.
The program was completed within four months, with minimal disruption to the daily business functioning and ahead of the company’s peak sales season. Accenture helped Zydus Wellness build an intelligent enterprise platform across the organisation paving a way for digital transformation journey.
