F1 opens Apple service centres in Srinagar, Chennai

Chennai and Srinagar: Flipkart’s subsidiary and service arm, F1 Info Solutions and Services, announced the opening of its dedicated service centres for Apple in Srinagar and Chennai. These F1 dedicated service centres will offer comprehensive after-sale services for all Apple products, from mobiles to laptops and more.

Customers at these dedicated service centres in Srinagar and Chennai can get their Apple products, both under and out-of-warranty, repaired by highly qualified Apple-certified technicians. Besides, customers using Apple products can get post-purchase services from trained technicians at 25 other service centres across India.

F1 Info supports Apple customers

Currently, F1 supports Apple customers through 27 centres across the country. These centres offer walk-in services, on-site repair services for all Apple products under warranty and out of warranty and help desk support for enterprise customers. Customers can also buy genuine accessories and warranty extension packs (Apple Protect+) from these centres.
