Bangalore: Pure Storage, the IT pioneer that delivers the world’s most advanced data storage technology and services, has appointed Nupur Mehta as Regional HR Director of Asia Pacific and Japan.
Based in Singapore, Mehta will oversee Pure Storage‘s HR operations across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. As Pure Storage solidifies its leadership position in enterprise data storage and management platforms, she will be fostering a powerful growth and learning environment that enables inclusion, diversity and agility.
Mehta brings nearly two decades of HR experience, holding global roles across both large-scale technology firms and scale-ups. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time as the region navigates a complex HR landscape shaped by technological advancements, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) imperatives, and the need for future-ready talent.
She excels in aligning business objectives with people strategy, driving organisational change, and managing scale and complexity in high-growth environments. Before joining Pure Storage, Mehta held pivotal roles at Amazon, Aon Consulting, and HCL Technologies. Most recently, she served as SVP of Human Resources at Nium, a global fintech company.
