Posted by New Delhi: The graph database and analytics company Neo4j has appointed Ish Thukral as General Manager (GM) for India and the SAARC region, strengthening its presence in the region. Based in New Delhi, Thukral will lead the company’s regional business expansion and deepen engagement with customers and partners.
Thukral brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, having held leadership roles at AWS, Oracle and Ingram Micro. He’s recognised for his ability to scale high-growth operations and deliver successful go-to-market strategies. At Neo4j, he will focus on supporting organisations in using connected data to drive innovation, particularly in areas such as fraud detection, cybersecurity, customer insights and AI-powered analytics.
His appointment follows Neo4j’s formal establishment of an entity in India in 2024 and a broader regional expansion strategy for 2025. This includes building out field operations and strengthening the partner ecosystem to support enterprise adoption of graph technology across industries such as banking, public sector and telecommunications.
