Posted by Chennai: K7 CyberSecurity has announced the appointment of Ajit Gautam as Senior Advisor – Strategic Finance and Governance. The appointment further strengthens the company’s top management as it aims to build a globally competitive cybersecurity business from India.
As Senior Advisor, Ajit will work closely with the leadership team on financial strategy, business performance, governance and commercial decision-making. His focus will include strengthening financial planning, improving business and product profitability, supporting investment decisions. Besides, establishing robust financial governance practices to enable K7 CyberSecurity’s growth in India and international markets.
Ajit brings over three decades of experience in corporate finance, financial strategy, business advisory and governance. He has held senior financial leadership positions across technology, financial services and other industries. He had served as CFO at VakilSearch and DesiCrew Solutions, along with senior finance roles at Sify, Emaar MGF and Cholamandalam DBS.

He is a Partner at Shubhadraa & Ajit, Chartered Accountants, where he advises businesses on financial management, taxation and corporate matters.
