xx network brings blockchain-backed xx messenger app

Los, Angeles, US: xx network has launched a quantum-resistant messing app – xx messenger. The xx network is a first of kind only quantum-resistant and privacy-focused blockchain ecosystem.

xx network claimed that its blockchain-backed xx messenger is the world’s first quantum-resistant messaging app.

The xx messenger lets users communicate in real-time through hundreds of decentralized nodes operating worldwide. This app is available for download on iOS and Android.

It offers features such as group chat, sharing of images and audio with an easy to use interface. Interestingly, users can easily switch in between xx messenger and other legacy messaging apps.

Quantum-resistant cryptography

Unlike existing messaging apps, xx messenger uses quantum-resistant cryptography. This protects message content from decoding and cMix software to obfuscate or shred metadata—information about who sends when they send, where they send from, and who receives.

Randomly selected teams of xx nodes encrypt anonymity sets of 1,000 messages. Then they re repeatedly shuffled and encrypted using quantum-resistant cryptography.

Importantly, senders and receivers information is destroyed and third parties are prevented from tracking intimate details about the patterns and structure of users lives.

xx messenger is dedicated to protecting and strengthening the privacy of users, according to xx network.

Existing Message Encryption is not Quantum Resistant: AI will easily retroactively decode and analyze messages sent on all other existing messengers, including those having “strong end-to-end encryption. But the only messages sent using xx messenger will remain private.

Only xx Offers Metadata Shredding: Metadata shredding works by sending messages through randomly chosen xx network nodes around the world. Each node changes the order and the encryption before forwarding and then erases any record of what it has done.

Full xx Decentralization: The xx network supporting the xx messenger is a distributed, decentralized blockchain, now in Mainnet. The network runs on transparent software powered by over 350 independently owned nodes from more than 80 countries.

The xx messenger app is truly a decentralized App (dApp), which means that it operates on a decentralized blockchain autonomously through smart contracts.

Cryptographer David Chaum is leading the development team of xx messenger. The team had developed early practical, anonymous, and verifiable cryptographic systems.

Chaum had proposed and deployed digital currencies, mix networks, permissionless cryptographic solutions, and verifiable voting systems starting in the 1980s.
