Hacker’s Garage will be open for all associates 24/7 to enable them to get hands-on experience with the leading edge of technology. In addition, it will provide an enriching experience of new innovations and will enable associates to come up with ideas for products and solutions of the future.

The lab will act as a playground for potential ideas which will be identified through pitches and will be further incubated to go to market. It will also be a collaborative ecosystem for startups, external companies and academia to participate in an environment of co-creation and co-innovation.

According to Robert Bosch GmBH CDO Dr Tanja Rückert, innovation is at the core of driving digital transformation. “Culture, leadership and mindset is a must to build best-in-class solutions and ecosystems to grow digital businesses at scale,” said Rückert.
