Unocoin improves omnichannel experience with CleverTap

Mountain View, USA – Mumbai, India: Indian crypto exchange Unocoin has partnered with CleverTap, a SaaS-based customer lifecycle management provider. Under the partnership, Unocoin has leveraged CleverTap’s solution to optimize and improve its user engagement with omnichannel customer experience.

Unocoin has integrated CleverTap’s solution into its app to better understand user behaviour and create segments based on user activity, demographics, and other parameters. The crypto exchange will also be able to create hyper-personalized campaigns to engage with its audience across multiple channels and have precise communication.
