Expedia, Macy’s, L’Oréal, The New York Times, Groupon, Marriott, Farfetch are among the many of Botify’s global customers. The company has successfully helped these customers in optimizing their websites, driving high web traffic and generating billions of dollars from organic search.
According to a Forrester Report, assessing the Total Economic Impact (TEI) of Botify, enterprise organisations using the platform can achieve a 584% ROI from their SEO and less than 3 months payback period.
The key metrics used by the customers include new traffic growth, retention/loss prevention of existing traffic and reduction in overhead costs due to productivity gains.
Botify also has Asia based regional customers namely Airtasker, Zalora, Tiki, IOIX, Furla Japan and others.
For instance, in Japan, one global food and beverage retail customer has achieved 29X ROI levering Botify’s enterprise SEO solution. It built a new online ordering channel to generate sustainable sales revenue in 12 month period.
Botify has raised $55 million in Series C funding this year and is investing in machine learning technologies to build new, innovative features for its enterprise customers.
These features will enhance its ML and AI-powered SEO platform, strengthening the depth and scale of its analytical and automation capabilities.
