CropIn and Unyiha Associates to digitise Agri ecosystem

Mumbai: Agritech startup CropIn and Unyiha Associates – a food processing company based in Tanzania have formed a partnership. The tie-up aims to enable the digital transformation of the Agri ecosystem in Tanzania and East Africa.

Under the tie-up, CropIn – a Saas based agritech platform will offer its solution to enable the digitization of the Tanzanian agriculture ecosystem. This will help in ensuring transparency and financial self-sufficiency.

It will further help Unyiha Associates to positively impact the livelihoods of people and communities. And deliver sustainable and good quality farm produce to them.

The tie-up will strengthen CropIn’s presence in Tanzania and East Africa region and simultaneously it will provide digital farming solutions, reducing post-harvest losses and improving farmers’ livelihood.

Unyiha actively engages in the supply chain for strict quality checks from crop plantation to the end product. This alliance enables them to ensure customer’s food integrity and safety. The two firms Cropln and Unyiha Associates aim for a strategic long-term partnership with a common goal of transforming the face of Agritech in Africa.
