Posted by Friday: CMS IT Services today said its Board of Directors appointed former Wipro executive Sanjeev Singh as CEO and MD of the company, effective 16 January 2023.

Based in Bangalore, Singh joins CMS IT Services from Wipro Limited where he was Chief Operations Officer (COO) and a member of Wipro Executive Board. Till recently, he was a Member of CII Karnataka Council and Chairman of CII Karnataka CEO Forum.
Before joining Wipro, Singh was the CEO of Aegis Ltd for its India and Sri Lanka businesses and did senior leadership stints at Mphasis and Genpact.
Singh is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-M) and the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K). He received the Gold Medal for academic excellence at the institutes. His alma mater IIM-Kozhikode recently awarded him the Distinguished Alumnus Award.
