Mumbai: Future Group will deploy o9 Solutions next-generation AI-backed retail platforms to integrate functions such as demand (forecasting), replenishment, sales and operations.
India’s top retailer will deploy o9 Solutions platforms across its 1500 stores, including all retail formats, located in 450 cities.
Under the “Thathastu” initiative, Future Group has prioritized Improving supply chain performance through next-generation technology.
The retail giant has selected o9 Solutions as its partner on this digital transformation journey based on o9 Solutions’ integrated supply chain platform has the ability to support retail scale with embedded forecasting intelligence.
The AI-backed integrated retail platform deployment will enable the company to use internal and external demand drivers while planning for promotions, combined with machine learning algorithms for demand forecasting.
Similarly, the listed company will leverage o9 Solutions’ platform for replenishment planning, which will enable a truly digital integrated business planning (IBP) process where both vendors and its CPG will be able to validate their plan against the overall annual numbers in the platform.
