The new AI suite will strengthen the company’s product offering and investment in AI.

Exotel brings new AI suite

With this launch, Exotel is confident that it will help in achieving a 50% revenue growth target by 2025. The company is strategically positioning itself in the rapidly growing customer engagement segment and focusing on AI-powered customer communication and contact centre software areas.

The conversational AI and virtual assistant sector in contact centres is rapidly growing, with a predicted 57.6% CAGR from 2022 to 2027, according to industry estimates. Increasing investments in conversational AI is part of a strategy to reduce dependence on live agents. While AI currently supports most customer service conversations, it fully manages only a small fraction. It is estimated that the Contact Centre (CC) AI managed 3% of interactions in 2023, which will increase to 14% by 2027.

‘The House of AI’

Exotel’s new offering ‘The House of AI’ is based on the integration of Generation AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies. It streamlines the use of Large Language Models (LLMs), balancing efficiency, cost and accuracy. Generation AI focuses on creating new and original content, chat responses, designs, synthetic data or even deepfakes.

It also supports various LLMs, allowing cloud or on-premise setup and intelligently selects models to meet specific requirements, including text summarisation, sentiment analysis and translation, making advanced language processing user-friendly and efficient.

The company said its new offering will empower agents and bots to deliver an unprecedented level of meaningful and impactful customer engagement, setting a new benchmark in the industry. It will significantly improve the productivity and efficiency of agents and bots; and modernise conversations.

The new suite includes AI-powered chatbot solutions, GenAI-powered voice assistant, Exomind API, ExoInsights, Technology Consultancy and Bespoke Implementations.

“Understanding the small, important details in every customer conversation is very important. This ability presented by ‘The House of AI’ enables a meticulous understanding of customer intent, emotional state and sentiment within every dialogue. We are confident that this will give businesses an unparalleled insight into customer conversations and help deliver impactful engagements,” said Anil Kumar, CTO of Exotel.
