HealthPlix adds prescription summary dashboard feature

Bengaluru: HealthPlix Technologies announced the release of its prescription summary dashboard for doctors.

The health-tech startup has added this new feature to its ROBIN suite – an analytical software that sits on the flagship product AI-backed EMR software.

This new feature prescription summary dashboard will enable doctors to analyse their historical prescriptions within a few clicks. And help them to identify different cohorts of patients and treatment given to them.

Prescriptive analytics makes use of patient health information to assist doctors in advanced treatment planning. And help doctors in assessing high-risk patients and dealing with more information of patients in a much efficient way.

It further helps in predicting patients who are at greater risk and connecting with them proactively to minimize it.

The global Prescriptive analytics market is projected to reach $15.05 billion by 2025 from $1.25 billion in 2016. The market is growing at a CAGR of 31.85% from 2017 to 2025, according to BCC Research.

“Prescriptive analytics assists the doctor in making productive decisions, as well as absorbing new information efficiently for their research needs,” said Sandeep Gudibanda – CEO, HealthPlix Technologies.

The Prescription Summary Dashboard is a research-oriented platform that helps deep dive into a patient’s medical history.

The dashboard has a user-friendly interface that provides an overview of complete practice with an aggregated analysis of prescriptions, allowing doctors to elevate their engagement with patients. Its analytics capabilities allow doctors to find areas of improvement to drive better patient outcomes.

Currently, doctors have no way of obtaining information on the medications administered to a specific cohort of patients. It is a time-consuming process with the potential for misinterpretation, according to Chaitanya Raju, Chief of AI, HealthPlix Technologies.

“The prescription summary dashboard is a one-click deep dive analysis tool for doctors making patient care more efficient. It is consistent with our mission to provide doctors with solutions that will help them save time, provide superior care, and improve the in-clinic experience,” added Raju.

Lightspeed Venture Partners, JSW Ventures, Kalaari Capital and Chiratae Ventures are backing this health tech startup. HealthPlix raised $13.5 million as part of a Series B funding round led by Lightspeed Ventures and existing investors.
