In the new role as the Chairman and Director of Gujarat based IT body, Tejinder Oberoi will be responsible for strengthening the positioning of the Gujarat IT industry both nationally and internationally.
And bring the next-generation opportunities for the members of the association and for the wider community. Oberoi jas been associatd with GESIA (Gujarat Electronics and Software Industries Association) IT Association for over nine years.
“I am humbled to have been elected as a Chairman & Director of GESIA IT Association. The association has achieved many milestones in the growth of the ICT industry,” said Tejinder Oberoi, ED – Cygnet Infotech.
“I look forward to enabling the Gujarat IT industry to reach the pole position nationally and internationally,” added Oberoi.

Oberoi is an integral part of Cygnet Infotech and has been associated with the company in a leadership capacity since its establishment two decades ago.
A group of eight CEOs of Gandhinagar GIDC Electronics Estate founded GESIA in 1995 and later in 2016, the body was transformed into a registered company as GESIA IT Association.
The body has over 60 members and has formed several partnerships and affiliations with several top industry and trade bodies including Nasscom, MAIT, FICCI,CII, AssoCham and more.
