Posted by Bangalore: HPE has announced HPE GreenLake’s availability for Microsoft Azure. The company said the availability of HPE GreenLake for Microsoft Azure Stack HCI comes as an integrated system, pre-built and configured for faster deployment and easier integration.
HPE GreenLake for Microsoft Azure Stack HCI (hyperconverged infrastructure is a cloud service to run Windows and Linux virtual machines in a hybrid cloud environment, on-premises and at the edge. It leverages Microsoft Azure tools and services with a preconfigured, pay-per-use service from HPE GreenLake.

Microsoft Azure Stack HCI is a software-defined, unified system that combines all of the disparate and siloed elements of a traditional data centre, reducing its complexity.
The HPE GreenLake Lighthouse cloud-native infrastructure-built integrated solution incorporates compute, storage, and networking, to run Azure services on-premises.
HPE GreenLake offers Azure Stack HCI as a service. It enables businesses to transform their on-premises workloads with a cloud experience and operating model for applications and workloads close to where the data resides. Thus, it, helps customers reduce costs, increase scalability and simplify management.

By 2024, the global HCI market is expected to reach $14.7 billion as per industry estimates. Combined with the continued growth of data at the edge, the need for a hybrid cloud environment is essential to meet compliance, data sovereignty, economics, customization and performance needs not available through the public cloud.
HPE GreenLake’s availability for Microsoft Azure Stack HCI comes as a complete solution that includes scalable HCI infrastructure, software and services, delivered in a customers’ data centre or in a colocation facility.
