Jarvis Invest under CSO eyeing expansion, new product

Mumbai: Jarvis Invest, India’s first AI-based investment advisory platform appointed Rajesh Batreja as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). With Batreja’s appointment as CSO, the company is eyeing expansion to the US and the Middle East. It also building a new enterprise product for the B2B fund management industry.

Batreja joins with an extensive background in leadership roles at core tech-based and cybersecurity firms. His prior experience in this field will come in handy as the Jarvis platform now runs entirely without human intervention and takes into account 1.2 crore global and local data points to predict the market movement.

Its proprietary Risk Management System (RMS) will be under critical scrutiny and constant growth under his leadership. Jarvis will benefit from Batreja’s diverse experience with tech firms and his understanding of the financial markets.

According to Jarvis Invest’s Fonder and CEO Sumit Chanda, Jarvis was founded with an aim to address the limitations of the traditional equity model and it has been very well accepted by the investors.

“JARVIS recently witnessed a rise in the registered clients from 493 in 2020 to over 75000 as of April, 2022. We see this number growing tremendously under Rajesh’s leadership as he will be leading the expansion and operational strategy at JARVIS,” said Chanda.

He has over 15 years of experience in leading business development, financial services, and Tech Industries. Previously, Batreja worked as Dy. General Manager at ClearTrail Technologies, followed by his role as a Managing Director at Credence Security.

Batreja holds an MBA degree from Southern Queensland University and a Bachelor of Science degree in IT from Ireland National University. Prior to Credence Security, Batreja worked full-time in IDEMIA as SVP in Public Security. He has held several leadership positions for industry-leading companies such as SCS Pvt. Ltd., NICE Systems, American Science and Engineering inc., and ST Engineering.
