Fedfina in the past used a local email server vendor’s on-cloud based email solution which was not upgradable due to which it faced many challenges such as the archieved data had to be moved offline within six months.
This led to a regular need of data migration, however it was not possible in absence of collaboration and communication solution and that caused restriction in business functions and halted Fedina’s growth prospects. Besides, the poor features of the email solution triggered security challenges with spam mails.
