Infopercept and Wazuh sign pact to support customers

Ahmedabad: Infopercept and Wazuh – a Silicon Valley based open source cybersecurity platform have signed a strategic pact. Under the signed pact, Infopercept will provide enterprise support to Wazuh’s customers.

Under the pact, Wazuh’s EDR and SIEM solutions are integrated into Infopercept’s security platform Invinsense. This allows Infopercept as an MSSP to extend enterprise support to Wazuh’s customers across various cybersecurity elements. This includes SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat intelligence, breach and attack simulation, Moving Target Defense (MTD) and more.

“As an MSSP, we have done this integration into our security platform Invinsense where we have collaborated with various open-source cybersecurity solutions. And Wazuh is one of the most important collaboration that we have into Invinsense,” said Jaydeep Ruparelia, CEO and Co-Founder, Infopercept Consulting.

Infopercept is an MSSP with global presence and has operations in India, US, UK, Africa, Middle East, and Sri Lanka.

On the security platform integration, Ruparelia said that cybercrimes are increasing in number and magnitude due to the rise of integrated and sophisticated attacks by adversaries.

“It is high time that cybersecurity community responds with equal innovation. The most important defense comes from the integration of all cybersecurity elements which can share threat intelligence and act as one unit,” he added.

Although Wazuh has strong presence across the US, Spain and Argentina the pact with Infopercept helps to expand its presence and customer support in the APAC region. It has a user community of over 10,000 companies, including Fortune 100 companies.

Gonzalez pointed out that Infopercept core values of honesty, transparency and knowledge are the perfect match for their open source security project.

From Infopercept’s perspective, the agreement also strengthens support to its MSSP customers. That pact between Infopercept and Wazuh will also allow Wazuh community to help Infopercept to provide assured support to its customers.

”With this agreement, Wazuh community will help Infopercept to provide assured support to our customers. This is also a joint collaboration where we will also provide our customer use cases to Wazuh community to further enhance their cybersecurity offering,” concluded Ruparelia.
