Posted by Ahmedabad: Legal tech startup Legalwiz.in has raised Rs 3.8 crore funding from ContCentric IT Services Private Limited – an enterprise content management company.
This is ContCentric‘s strategic funding into Legalwize to strengthen its technology stack as well as expand its service offerings.
The city-based legal tech startup Legalwiz.in serves over 5000 businesses across the country with affordable tech-driven legal and professional services.
“We are excited about the funding from ContCentric because it will help to optimise Legalwiz. in performance and create new avenues for delivering greater value. It is strategic funding against technology roadmap for Legalwiz,” said Shirjay Sheth, Founder – Legalwiz.in.
“Leveraging ContCentric’s proven expertise, we will be able to deliver even better customer and user experience. It will enable us to deploy technology to disrupt the legal tech market,” added Sheth.
Offering new services and SaaS products, Legalwiz will make tools available to clients for managing their taxation, compliances and other business-related processes.
