Posted by Chennai: Intellect SEEC, the insurance software division of Intellect Design Arena has announced two new appointments to the company’s senior leadership team.
James McKenney has been appointed as Products Business Head and Chief Strategy Officer to the InsurTech innovator. He joined from Liberty Mutual.
Kyle Caswell has been appointed as Executive Vice President and Head of US Sales, North America. Caswell joined from Verisk Analytics.
McKenney and Caswell bring a combined 50+years of experience in insurance, technology, product management, leadership and finance to the company.
McKenney will provide product innovation, drive business strategy and expand partnerships for achieving revenue growth. He held numerous senior executive roles at Liberty Mutual including National Insurance – SVP Product & Underwriting, Commercial Insurance – SVP State Management as well as segment CFO and Controller.
In his most recent role, McKenney built a highly effective Product Management organisation, underwriting support function with approximately 900 expert resources and developed strategic initiatives to drive results and profitability.

Caswell will spearhead the North American Sales Strategy in alignment to Client’s and Intellect SEEC’s business and innovation goals. Throughout his career, Caswell has helped global insurance and risk management organisations innovate and grow profitably.
He is a subject matter expert and advisor in the Insurtech, analytics and insurance industry domains. Caswell has worked successfully with hundreds of insurance and financial organisations to solve their complex business challenges in the areas of digital workflow transformation, AI/ML/Analytics, and core legacy system replacement/enhancement.
